Heishijiao street, belonging to Shahekou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Shahekou District. It is connected with Xinghaiwan street in the East, the Yellow Sea in the south, Ganjingzi District in the West and nanshahekou street in the north, with a total area of 8.9 square kilometers.
In 1953, Heishijiao street was established. On April 1, 1960, Heishijiao street was assigned to Lingshui commune. In October 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Heishijiao branch was established. On September 12, 1969, the Revolutionary Committee of Heishijiao branch was changed into the Revolutionary Committee of Heishijiao commune. In March 1978, Heishijiao street was changed. At the end of 2011, the total population of Heishijiao sub district was 79500, including 79500 urban permanent residents, with an urbanization rate of 100%. In 1905, after the end of the Russo Japanese War, Heishijiao area was occupied by Japanese invaders and belonged to guandongzhouting.
