Wangtuan town

Wangtuan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Lixin County, Bozhou City, Anhui Province, is located in the east gate of Lixin County, which is a big agricultural town. Wangtuanji is the seat of the people's Government of the town. It is adjacent to Sanyi town in Mengcheng County in the south, Danfeng Township in the north, xiaoxinji town in Mengcheng County in the East and zhongtuan town in the West. With an average altitude of 28.6 meters, it has jurisdiction over 28 village committees, 306 villager groups and 176 natural villages. Ningluo Expressway and Jiqi Expressway pass through the territory, and there are entrances and exits (Lixin East) in Wangtuan.

In 2017, the administrative area of Wangtuan town was 15994 hectares, with 89226 permanent residents.

Historical evolution

From 742 to 1965, it was subordinate to wangtuanji of Mengcheng County, which was transformed from wangtuanji of Mengcheng County to Lixin County. It has jurisdiction over Wangtuan, zhongtuan, Jiangtuan, Danfeng, Lugou, gaohuang and Zhouji.

From 1985 to 1987, Wu Qinming served as secretary of Wangtuan district Party committee, Jiang Zhaoxin, Wu Yuyou and Pang Chunxian served as deputy secretaries, and Xu Hongjie, sun denglan and Li Jianhua served as members of the district Party committee. During this period, Li Jianhua transferred out and added Chen Yunlai as a member of the district Party committee. Li Duoyi served as the head of Wangtuan District, and Liu Guijie and Liu Guiyan served as the deputy heads. Wangtuan District governs seven townships: Wangtuan, zhongtuan, Jiangtuan, Danfeng, Lugou, gaohuang and Zhouji.

From 1987 to February 27, 1992, Cao Hanwen served as secretary of Wangtuan district Party committee, Jiang Zhaoxin, Wu Yuyou and Pang Chunxian served as deputy secretaries, and Xu Hongjie, sun denglan and Chen Yunlai served as members of the district Party committee.

Li Duoyi served as the head of Wangtuan District, and Liu Guijie and Liu Guiyan served as the deputy heads of Wangtuan district. During this period, Li Duoyi transferred out, and sun Anmin served as the head of Wangtuan district.

On February 27, 1992, the county Party committee decided to merge Wangtuan and Lugou into Wangtuan town.

On February 28, 1992, the preparatory group of Wangtuan Town Committee of the Communist Party of China officially began to work, with Cao Hanwen as its leader and Jiang Zhaoxin, Liu Guijie and Xu Hongjie as its deputy leaders. Soon after, Cao Hanwen was appointed party secretary of Wangtuan Town, Wei Yunguang, Li Jie, Jiang Zhaoxin and Liu Guijie were deputy party secretaries, and Li Shiqiang and Li Yuelong were members of the Party committee.

On July 25, 1992, the first party congress was held in Wangtuan Town, and the Committee of Wangtuan town was elected with seven members. Wang Fengming served as secretary of the Party committee, Wei Yunguang, Li Jie, Jiang Zhaoxin and Liu Guijie as deputy secretaries, and Li Shiqiang and Li Yuelong as members. In the same year, Li Yushan was appointed chairman of the Political Consultative Conference of Wangtuan town.

On November 2, 1992, Wangtuan town radio station's radio program (manuscript) "courtyard into garden, don't worry about pocket money" won the third prize of Anhui Provincial Radio and Television Department in the first selection of excellent program (manuscript) in Anhui Province.

On November 27, 1993, the Fifth People's Congress was held in Wangtuan town (because the people's Congress of Wangtuan small township held four sessions, the session of Wangtuan township was replaced by the session of Wangtuan township). Liu Zhenxuan was elected mayor of the town, and Wang Fei, Dai Dejun and Lu Zhijun were elected deputy mayor of the town.

In March 1994, Wangtuan town held the second session of the Fifth National People's Congress and elected Wei Yunguang as the chairman of the town's National People's Congress. On the 16th of the first month of the ancient calendar in 1994, Liu Zhenxuan, the former mayor of the town, was suspended and the post of mayor was vacant.

On January 10, 1996, the first session of the Sixth National People's Congress was held in Wangtuan town. Zhao Jianguo, the mayor of the town, Wang Ping (female), Li Shiqiang, Zhang Shouxin, Dai Dejun, the chairman of the people's Congress, and sun denglan, the vice chairman of the people's Congress were elected. In the same year, Chen Yunlai was appointed chairman of the Political Consultative Conference of Wangtuan town.

On January 13, 1996, the second party congress was held in Wangtuan Town, and the Committee of Wangtuan town was elected with 7 members. Wang Fengming served as secretary of the Party committee, Zhao Jianguo, sun Wenting, Hu Sheng and Wang Dongfeng served as deputy secretaries, and Zhang Huimin, Li Yuelong and Wu tipeng (concurrently Secretary of discipline inspection) served as members. In the same year, Wang Mingda, deputy director of the State Education Commission, visited Wangqiao village of Wangtuan town to guide literacy work.

In January 1997, Gong Zhong was appointed party secretary of Wangtuan town. On March 29, 1997, the second session of the Sixth National People's Congress was held in Wangtuan town. Dai Dejun, chairman of the National People's Congress, Zhao Jianguo, mayor of the town, Wang Ping (female), Li Shiqiang, Zhang Shouxin, Zhang Weichen and Zheng Qing (temporary posts) were elected. In the same year, sun Wenting served as chairman of the Political Consultative Conference of Wangtuan town.

In October 1997, vice governor Wang Zhaoyao inspected the "white project" in Wangqiao village of Wangtuan town and fully affirmed it.

In January 1998, Zhao Jianguo was appointed party secretary of Wangtuan town.

On March 20, 1998, the third session of the Sixth National People's Congress was held in Wangtuan town. The mayor Jiang LinSong, deputy mayor Wang Ping (female), Li Shiqiang, Zhang Shouxin, sun Weichen and chairman Dai Dejun were elected. Deputy mayor: Zheng Qing, Liu Jianqiang, Li Jihong. The post of chairman of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference is vacant.

On January 6, 1999, Wang Huaizhong, former Secretary of Fuyang municipal Party committee, Yue Huagang, Secretary of Fuyang county Party committee, Ge Jian, head of Fuyang County, Gong Zhong, deputy head of Fuyang County, and city and county leaders inspected the construction of Wangtuan town. Wangtuan town was rated as the advanced work of "small market town construction" by Fuyang municipal Party committee and government.

On January 22, 1999, the first session of the Seventh National People's Congress of Wangtuan town was held. The mayor Jiang LinSong, deputy mayor Wang Ping (female), sun Weichen, Zhang Shouxin and Li Shiqiang were elected. Deputy mayor: Zheng Qing, Liu Jianqiang, Li Jihong. In the same year, Hu was promoted to Chairman of Wangtuan town CPPCC, and Wang Fei was vice chairman.

On May 24, 1999, the animal husbandry work and cattle racing meeting of Lixin County was held in Wangtuan town. After the competition, prizes were awarded to 37 winners, such as Zhang Zhenyi, the winner of "king of cattle" in Wangtuan Town, Chen Kui, the number one pig farmer in kaituan Town, and Zhang Guowen, a large poultry farmer in chundian township.

In the autumn of 1999, Wang Taihua, Secretary of the provincial Party committee, went to Wangqiao village of Wangtuan town for investigation. He went to the village and asked about farmers' production, life, income and industrial structure adjustment. He took a group photo with town and village cadres and some farmers in Wangqiao village committee.

On January 16, 2000, the third party congress was held in Wangtuan town. Zhao Jianguo was elected as secretary of the Party committee, Jiang LinSong, Xu Zhen (Zhengke) and Zhou Jinguo as deputy secretaries, and Song Gang (concurrently Secretary of discipline inspection), Zhang Huimin and Li Zhen as members of the Party committee.

On December 6, 2000, the second session of the Seventh National People's Congress was held in Wangtuan town. Sun Guangchen, the mayor of the town, Zhang Shouxin, Li Shiqiang, Xu Shaofeng and Cheng Tao (temporary posts), and Zhao Jianguo, the chairman of the people's Congress (concurrently Secretary of the town Party committee), were elected.

On March 31, 2001, Wangtuan town held the third session of the Seventh National People's Congress (this session has no election task). In the same year, Wang Fei was the first trade union chairman of Wangtuan town.

In September 2001, the fourth session of the Seventh National People's Congress was held in Wangtuan Town, and Zhou Jinguo, chairman of the National People's Congress, was elected.

On January 27, 2002, the Fourth Party Congress was held in Wangtuan town. Sun Guangchen, Secretary of the CPC Wangtuan town Party committee, Jin hanzhao, Xu Zhen, Song Gang and Chen Kefei, deputy secretaries, Sun Jian, Li Zhen, Liu Jianqiang and Su Shilou were elected.

On February 27, 2002, the first session of the Eighth National People's Congress was held in Wangtuan town. Jin hanzhao, the mayor of the town, Zhang Shouxin, Hou Chunguang, Xu Shaofeng and Cheng Tao (temporary posts), and Xie Zifang, the chairman of the National People's Congress were elected.

In October 2002, Wangtuan town held the second session of the Eighth National People's Congress (this session has no election task).

In March 2003, Wangtuan town held the third session of the Eighth National People's Congress, and Xu Zhen was elected chairman of the National People's Congress.

General situation

Wangtuan town is rich in products, outstanding people, Fu Beng highway, Ning Luo highway, Ji Qi highway, with two high-speed interchange. Six villages in the town are paved with cement roads, and each village is paved with cement roads. 3400 program-controlled telephones and 10000 mobile phones have been opened and joined the national network. Wangtuan town is a typical agricultural town, which is mainly engaged in agricultural production and grain production. Wangtuan town has made a major deployment in the industrial structure. Wangqiao village is the leader of vegetable planting, and other villages are driven. Farmers are the main farmers, and the scale of vegetable planting is continuous. With the automatic adjustment of the market, the planting area is mainly determined by off-season, rare, special and exotic vegetables and fruits; meanwhile, the "white project" with plastic film mulching as the main part is implemented. In 2001, Wangtuan town took the greenhouse vegetable base of Wangqiao village as the science and technology demonstration garden of the town. At the same time, it introduced more advanced water-saving irrigation facilities in China, which had obvious water-saving and yield increasing effect, with an output value of about 4000 yuan per mu.
