Xin'an town is a town under the jurisdiction of Feixiang District, Handan City, Hebei Province. In November 2013, with the approval of Hebei Provincial Department of civil affairs and Handan Municipal People's government, Xin'an town of Feixiang district was removed from the township and established into a town. The original scope of administrative regionalization remained unchanged and the system of town governing village was implemented. Xin'an town was set up from township.

Xin'an town is located at the junction of Feixiang District, Congtai district and Yongnian district. National Highway 309 and ring expressway pass through the town. With convenient transportation and unique location, it is the residence of Feixiang Economic Development Zone, the economic growth pole and the bridgehead connecting with the main urban area of Handan.
