Shengquan Township
Shengquan Township, also known as Fengcheng. Subordinate to Xiaoxian County, Anhui Province, it is located in the north of Xiaoxian city. It is connected with Xiaoxian city by Fenghuang Mountain in the south, Xuzhou in the East, Majing town in the West and Yanglou town and LiuTao town in the north. The town center is located at 116 ° 93 ′ E and 34 ° 25 ′ n. Shengquan Township covers an area of 121 square kilometers, under the jurisdiction of 14 administrative villages, with a permanent population of 72040 by 2017.
Shengquan township has 10 trunk roads, 41.12 kilometers long, 22 branch roads, "three vertical and three horizontal" ring roads running through the township, and every village is connected with cement roads. National Highway 311 and national highway 310 pass through Shengquan township. Xiaoyang highway and Xiaoliu highway connect the two national highways, including Longteng Avenue, Yingbin Road, Huang'an Road, Xingye Road, Zhanqian Road, Fengshan tunnel, Daihu Road, Xiaoguan Road, Jiaotong West Road, etc. In the south, the Fengshan tunnel connects the urban area of Xiaoxian county.

Historical evolution
In Xia Dynasty, Shengquan township was the capital of Xiao state. In the spring and Autumn period, the state of Xiao was rebuilt and became a vassal of the Song Dynasty. Chu, home to Xiaoyi, belongs to the state of Chu. Qin, home to Xiaoxian County, belongs to Sishui county. in the Western Han Dynasty, in the first year of the king of Han Dynasty (206 BC), Xiaoxian county (zhishengquan township) was set up, which belongs to Sishui County of Xiangyu Western Chu state. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Xiao county was set up in the territory, belonging to Pei county. In the Three Kingdoms, Xiaoxian county was set up in the Wei Dynasty, belonging to Yuzhou. In 221, Cao Xiong was granted the title of Xiao Gong. In the third year of Taihe (229), the Duke of Xiao was changed to the kingdom of Xiao (dushengquan township). In the Western Jin Dynasty, in 265, Xiao county was set up (SIMA Bing was once granted here) and belonged to Pei state. In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Xiao county was set up, belonging to qiaozhipei county. in the southern and Northern Dynasties, Xiao county was established in the Song Dynasty, belonging to Pei county of northern Xuzhou. In the Sui Dynasty, Chenggao county was set up, which belonged to Pengcheng County of Xuzhou. In Tang Dynasty, Xiaoxian county was set up, which belongs to Xuzhou. In the Song Dynasty, the three-level system of Lu, Fu and (Zhou, Jun) county was implemented, and Xiao county was set up, belonging to the Wuning army of Xuzhou on Jingdong West Road. During the reign of Shaosheng (1094-1097), in order to avoid the Yellow River, a new town was built in the South half of the city, which was known as the South City, while the former old town of Xiao was called the north city. In Yuan Dynasty, Xiao county was abolished and incorporated into Xuzhou. In the 12th year of the Zhiyuan Dynasty, Xiaoxian county was established, belonging to Xuzhou, the guide Prefecture. In February of the fourth year of Hongwu (1371) of Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Linhao mansion of Zhongdu. In November of the fourteenth year of Hongwu, it belongs to Nanjing (South Zhili) Xuzhou. In the fifth year of Wanli, the south city of Xiaoxian County collapsed at the mouth of the Yellow River. As the political center of Xiaoxian County, the old town of Xiaoxian withdrew from the historical stage. The imperial court approved the creation of a new city in yangbianji (now Longcheng town) in the south of Fengshan mountain, and extended the old name of Longcheng in the east to Longcheng. So Xiao city is the second great migration of Xiao county. At the end of tongzhi (1875), Leshan Township and Zaifang Township were set up. It has jurisdiction over Liangguo village, Banjiu village, Qin village, Dingmu village, Yanmen village, Yang village, Beicheng village, Luli village and Xinpeng village. in 1931, it belonged to Xiaoxian district and northwest town. In 1946, it belonged to Xiaoxian county and set up Muji district. in 1949, Muji district was abolished, Hongmiao district was merged into taolou district and settled in taolou village. In September 1950, taolou District governed 15 townships and 90 administrative villages including Hongting, Haozhuang, Dulou, Gushang, Yaozhuang, Shengquan, Muji, DaiBei, biannan, Wanglou, Quli, Hongbei, Hongmiao, mage and yingzi. In January 1955, taolou district was merged into Longcheng district. In September 1959, the district system was abolished and Muji commune was established. in 1980, the establishment of Muji commune was changed. In 1984, Shengquan district was established, with jurisdiction over Guozhuang Township, taolou Township, Beicheng Township, zhengyaozhuang Township and Muji town. In 1992, Shengquan district was abolished and Shengquan township was established.
