Matoudian Township
Matoudian Township, belonging to Changli County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Changli County, adjacent to nijing town in the East, huangdianzhuang town in the south, Xinji Town and Jing'an town in the west, and Anshan town and longjiadian town in the north. The administrative area is 101.59 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Ma Tuo Dian township was 38011.
During the period of the Republic of China, matoudian Township belonged to five districts; in February 1984, the commune was abolished and matoudian township was restored; in March 1996, dafuzhuang Township and shigezhuang Township were merged. As of June 2020, matoudian township has jurisdiction over 32 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in matoudian village.

History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, matoudian Township belonged to five districts.
In August 1956, YANGTUO Township, weiganzhuang Township and zhenglinzi Township were merged into matoudian township.
In August 1958, it was the management area of matoudian in Xinji commune.
