San Jue town
Sanjue Town: it is an established town at the southernmost end of Shouxian county. Its name comes from Sanjue temple. It is said that during the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, three monks, jueminao, juexiu, and Juehui, built their temples here. Later, they were called Sanjue temple. Before 1987, Sanjue temple was just a narrow street, business was not active, and the market was depressed. Since the reform and opening up, the construction of market towns has gradually developed, and the market tends to be prosperous. 49648 (2017). With an area of 1.8 square kilometers, the street built-up area has become an important market trade town in the south of Shouxian county.
Location area
Sanjue town is located at the southernmost end of Shouxian County, at the junction of Shouxian County, Jin'an District and Feixi County. It is connected with Yanliu town in the East, Gaoliu town in Feixi County in the South and Jin'an District in Lu'an City in the West. The town covers an area of 166.31 square kilometers and has a population of 49648 (2017). It has 12 administrative villages and 2 streets. There are three oil routes in the town, which can lead directly to Shouxian, Lu'an and Hefei. It is only 14 kilometers away from the entrance of Hewu expressway, 20 kilometers away from Hefei Xinqiao International Airport, and less than an hour and a half's drive to Shouxian, Lu'an and Hefei.
According to the map, Sanjue town is located in the center of the triangle of Shouxian, Lu'an and Hefei. It is 50km away from Hefei City in the East, 45km away from Lu'an City in the West and 68km away from Shouxian County in the north. With the formation of provincial economic circle and the strong radiation of Hefei Construction, the location advantage of Sanjue town is more prominent.
Division evolution
In March 1992, the town was divided into four small towns: Sanjue, Liuchong, Dinggang and Yuji. In 1992, Sanjue and Liuchong merged into a new town, and Dinggang and Yuji merged into Dinggang (renamed Wafang Township in 1994). In September 2004, Sanjue town and Wafang Township merged to form the present Sanjue town.
topographic features
Sanjue town is located in the Yangtze Huaihe River watershed area, which is the transition zone between plain and mountain area. The ground is undulating, with alternating hills and scours, and the terrain inclines from southwest to northeast. The southwest is about 40 meters above sea level, and the northeast along the Dongfei river is about 30 meters above sea level.
The soil belongs to yellow brown soil and paddy soil.
natural disaster
Due to the special topography of Sanjue Town, the agricultural disaster resistance is poor. The main manifestations are: first, drought. More than ten administrative villages are located at the end of six Cross County branch canals, so it is very difficult to use water for farmland. In dry weather years, the benefit villages of canal system are short of water for irrigation, resulting in a large number of crop reduction or even no harvest.
Second, flood. More than ten villages along the Dongfei River in this town are located in waterlogging prone areas. Once there is a big flood, the agricultural harvest will be reduced.
Third, diseases and insect pests. Around 1987, rice bacterial blight, Chilo suppressalis, Cnaphalocrocis Medinalis and other diseases and insect pests occurred frequently. Generally, the yield was reduced by 10-20%, and more than 40% in seriously epidemic areas. After 2000, the crops were mainly damaged by rice planthopper, Wheat Sheath Blight and so on, so the yield was reduced every year. The emergence of disasters such as water, drought, diseases and insect pests increases the agricultural risk.
Institutional functions
The town government is located in Sanjue temple, which is the political, economic, cultural and trade center of the town. Before the reform and opening up, the functions of the town government were mainly "management". After the reform and opening up, the functions of the town government were transformed into "management" and "service", which have been fully reflected in some livelihood projects.
Since 1987, the institutional setup has undergone several changes. The functional organs of the town government mainly include the party and government office, the economic development office, the finance office, the agricultural economic station, the agricultural and forestry comprehensive service station, the animal husbandry and Fishery Station, etc.

Economic overview
Sanjue town is a typical agricultural town. Its main economic pillar is agriculture and labor economy. In terms of fiscal revenue and farmers' income, the horizontal ratio is still lower than that of the surrounding towns and developed areas, and the vertical ratio is more obvious. In 1987, the fiscal revenue of the whole town (the former four townships of Sangue, Liuchong, Dinggang and Yuji) was only 735100 yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 255 yuan; after the township was merged in 2004, the fiscal revenue increased to more than 1.2 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 1890 yuan. By 2006, the fiscal revenue of the whole town will reach 1.91 million yuan (the agricultural tax will be cancelled, mainly the industrial and commercial tax), the per capita net income of farmers will reach 2630 yuan, and the living standard of farmers will be improved year by year.
In recent years, under the correct leadership of the county Party committee and the county government, and through the concerted efforts of the whole town, the social undertakings of Sanjue town have made great progress, the agricultural industrial structure has been continuously optimized, the pace of urban construction has been accelerated, and the momentum of attracting investment is strong. More than 10 enterprises have invested more than 10 million yuan, the total output value of industry and enterprises has exceeded 300 million yuan, and the profits and taxes have exceeded 20 million yuan. More than 50 kilometers of "village to village" cement road in the town can reach all administrative villages. In addition, Sanjue town has made unprecedented achievements in family planning, water conservancy construction, civil affairs, cultural and educational undertakings and livelihood projects.
Agriculture
The main crops are rice, wheat, rape and so on. Before 1987, the main agricultural products were rice, wheat, rape and other traditional crops. Especially after 1992, the varieties of traditional crops were further optimized. At the same time, watermelon, cotton, vegetables and other high-efficiency crops were increased. By making full use of science and technology and variety renewal, the grain yield per mu increased from 400 kg in 1987 to more than 500 kg in 2006, and the total agricultural output value increased from 260700 yuan in 1987 to 81.9052 million yuan in 2006.
Due to the continuous improvement of agricultural production conditions, the area of mechanized farming has reached almost 100%, and the area of mechanized harvesting has reached at least 50%, which has led to the improvement of productivity and increased more surplus labor force in agriculture.
Forestry
Before returning farmland to forest, the forestry development of the town was backward. Since the implementation of the Yangtze Huaihe River watershed project in February 2001, combined with the preferential policies given by the state, forestry has achieved a leap forward development. At present, the town has a forest area of 4000 mu, 245000 trees and 1.8 million sporadic trees. The annual cutting volume is 980 cubic meters, and the annual forestry output value reaches more than 300000 yuan.
Animal husbandry in Sanjue Town -- raising geese
Most of the animal husbandry are chicken, duck and goose, but less pig and cattle. Most of the farming methods are free range farming, and there are not many large-scale farmers. The proportion of animal husbandry in rural economy is small.
Aquatic products
In addition to xudaba and other seven small reservoirs, most of them are scattered. In 2006, the output of aquatic products in the town was 1100 tons, and the total output value of aquatic products was 7.81 million yuan.
water conservancy
After 1987, small reservoirs such as xudaba and ougang have been provided with supporting facilities; meanwhile, more than ten branch canals such as wangdatang and Huaguo have been provided with stone supporting facilities by making full use of foreign supporting funds. In particular, after 2001, taking the opportunity of Jianghuai watershed project, 15 electric irrigation stations were built, 200 main ponds with an area of more than 10 mu were dug, 7 branch canals were dredged, and 3 million yuan of national project funds were directly utilized, with more than 2 million yuan of town supporting facilities.
Township Enterprises
Before 1987, dazhuanglun kiln was the only decent enterprise in the town. The town and village have set up hundreds of prefabrication factories, coating factories and electrical appliances factories. As a result of blind and overheated development, there is no technology, no market, and no benefit, most of them go bankrupt, bringing huge debt burden to towns and villages. Since the introduction of a series of measures for enterprise restructuring, the town has restructured more than ten existing enterprises and implemented competitive auction. For example, Weihuang, Dinggang, Changgang and other rotary kiln factories took the lead in restructuring. At the same time, the town gives priority to the development of private and investment enterprises, such as Wangda polished rice factory, Hexin sweater weaving Co., Ltd., Nantianmen grease Co., Ltd., Qunli northern Garment Co., Ltd. and other enterprises with an output value of more than one million yuan have settled in Sangue. In 2006, the total output value of enterprises in the town reached more than 10 million yuan, and the profits and taxes reached 2 million yuan.
the service sector; the tertiary industry
The third industry of the town is mainly labor economy. In 1987, there were fewer migrant workers in the town, and the labor income accounted for a small share of the town's economy; in 2006, there were 14000 migrant workers, and the labor income reached more than 80 million yuan, which has become half of the town's economy.
infrastructure
1. Road traffic
In 1987, there was only one 5 km oil road leading to the county town, and three more than 30 km mud and stone roads could only reach the original town. The roads leading to the village level were basically clear and rain blocked. In particular, after the district was removed and the township was merged in 1992, the road traffic developed rapidly. By 2006, the mileage of oil roads in the town reached 32 kilometers, and more than 80% of the administrative villages were connected to the mud and stone roads. Since 2007, thanks to the "village to village" project, more than 50 kilometers of "village to village" cement roads in the town can reach all administrative villages.
2. Power supply and water supply
In 1986, the town's high-voltage transmission lines were sent to Sangue. After three or four years of efforts, the town adopted the "three combination" mode of power supply. By 1990, all the town's power supply lines were sent to village groups. Then, the line reform was carried out again around 2004. By 2006, more than 98% of the households in the town were electrified, and the electricity charge was the same as that in urban and rural areas.
In terms of water supply, Sanjue street has been using tap water since 1995; although tap water is not used in other places, the residents of the whole town can meet the demand of using clean and sanitary water.
In 2011, the town increased the supervision of the administrative departments
