Huangdianzhuang Town, belonging to Changli County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, is located in the south of Changli County, bordering liutaizhuang town in the East, facing leting County of Tangshan city across Luanhe River in the south, Xinji Town in the west, matoudian Township and nijing town in the north. The administrative area is 71.22 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 29401.
During the period of the Republic of China, huangdianzhuang town belonged to six districts; in March 1996, houzizhai township was merged; in May 2007, huangdianzhuang town was replaced by huangdianzhuang township. As of June 2020, huangdianzhuang town has jurisdiction over 30 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in huangdianzhuang village.
In 2018, there were 25 industrial enterprises in huangdianzhuang Town, including one above scale, and 66 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, Huang Dian Zhuang Town belonged to six districts.
In May 1953, it was set up in Huang Dian Zhuang township.
In August 1956, Daying Township and dongtengyuan Township were merged.
In August 1958, it was the management area of liutaizhuang commune.
In May, 1961, it was separated out and established the Huang Dian Zhuang commune.
In February 1984, the commune was abolished and the Huang Dian Zhuang township was restored.
In March 1996, empress village was incorporated into China.
In May 2007, the township was withdrawn and the town of Huang Dian Zhuang was established.
