Luoshi Haiyou street, known as "Haiguo mountain city" and "Haishi upstream" in ancient times, is the residence of Sanmen County People's government and the political, economic, cultural, transportation and business center of the whole county. In 1904, Zhang Di, a famous scholar, educator and calligrapher in the late Qing Dynasty, was elected as a Jinshi in the imperial examination. there is Guangrun temple, an ancient temple.
