Fengjiang Street

Fengjiang street is located in the South Gate of Taizhou city. It is adjacent to Zeguo in the south, Xinqiao in the East, Lunan in the north, Luoyang in the west, 104 National Highway and luzertai first-class highway. The area is 27.74 square kilometers, and in 2005 it administered 30 administrative villages and 4 neighborhood committees, with 42 thousand and 300 registered residence and 40 thousand floating population. The administrative center is located in fupaiju, with the office address at 199 Yinshui Road, fengjiang street, 318054. In 2005, the total industrial output value of the whole street was 9.334 billion yuan, and the fiscal revenue was 137 million yuan, including 50.38 million yuan of local fiscal revenue and 8664 yuan of per capita net income of farmers.

Historical evolution

At the end of the 1990s, the stone axes unearthed from meiyushan, a cultural relic of the Shang Dynasty, pushed the history of the road and Bridge forward for more than 500 years. In August 1949, fengjiang township was established, directly under Huangyan county (since 1951, fengjiang belonged to Xinqiao District Office; since September 1961, it belonged to Xinqiao District revolutionary leading group; from May 1979 to May 1992, it belonged to Xinqiao district office again); in March 1956, an Rong township was merged, and it was changed into fengjiang Brigade (management area) in November 1958, fengjiang people's commune in September 1961, and fengjiang commune reform committee in June 1969 Fengjiang commune management committee was established in March, 981, and changed to fengjiang Township in December, 1983. In May 1992, fengjiang, Qingtao and Baobao were merged and transformed into fengjiang Town, directly under Huangyan City. In August 1994, Taizhou City, road and bridge construction area, fengjiang directly under the road and bridge area. In April 2002, fengjiang removed the town and built a street.

Urban construction

1. In 1997, the new fengjiang middle school was completed and opened. In May and September of the same year, Qingtao middle school and Baobao middle school were merged into fengjiang middle school, and the adjustment of junior middle school network was completed. 2. In 1998, the new construction of Renmin bridge was completed. (3) in December 1998, the master plan of fengjiang Street (formerly fengjiang town) from 1998 to 2010 was completed. In 1999, the new Zhenxing bridge was completed. 5. In 2000, the road construction of Yinshui Road, the middle section of Yufu road and Zhenxing road was completed, and the basic framework of the new administrative block road was opened. In June and 2001, the construction of xialuoxian (xiajingtou Luoyang) was completed. In July and 2002, the construction of the north section of Yufu road and Dongdu road was completed. From 2002 to 2005, the construction of fengjiang section of luzertai first-class highway was completed. In 2009 and 2003, the construction hardening of Wenchang Road and the hardening transformation of Xingfu road were completed. 10. In October 2003, the administrative building and people's square of fengjiang street were completed and put into use, and the party and government organs of fengjiang moved from the original Renmin Road to the new building of Yinshui road. 11. The pipeline laying of sewage treatment project in the built-up area has been completed. A total of 22 commercial and residential land of 2281 square meters on the south side of Yinshui road in the urban area were successfully auctioned, and the auction price reached more than 15 million yuan. A total of 156 houses in the first phase of Cangqian and Chejia resettlement houses have been roofed. 12. On June 23, 2006, the new building of fengjiang Street Health Center was completed. 13. On September 1, 2006, fengjiang Street Central kindergarten was completed and opened.
