Xiaosha Street
Xiaosha street, also known as "Jinsha", is a street under the jurisdiction of Dinghai District, Zhoushan City. Xiaosha street is located in the northwest of Zhoushan Island, surrounded by mountains on three sides, ma'ao in the East, Shuangqiao in the south, Cengang in the West and Changbai waterway in the north.

Historical evolution
In the spring and Autumn period, it belonged to Yue, which was called "Yongdong"; in the Warring States period, when Chu destroyed Yue, it belonged to Chu. The Qin Dynasty merged six states, belonging to the eastern part of Juzhang County, Kuaiji Prefecture. When the Han Dynasty attacked, the Three Kingdoms belonged to Wu territory. from Jin Dynasty to southern and Northern Dynasties, it was subordinate to jurzhang county. In Sui Dynasty, it belonged to Yongdong of Wuzhou (later changed to Yuezhou). The fourth year of Wude of Tang Dynasty (621) belonged to Yinzhou of Yuezhou, and the eighth year of Wude belonged to Weixian of Yuezhou. In the 26th year of Kaiyuan (738), Zhoushan was established as wengshan County, with three townships of Fudu, ANQI and Penglai. In the sixth year of Dali (771), wengshan county was abandoned and entered into Wei County of Mingzhou. In the third year of Liang Kaiping in the Five Dynasties (909), it was subordinate to the county of Wanghai in Mingzhou. In 1073, Changguo county was set up in wengshan county. In Xiaosha, it belonged to dexingli, Fudu township. In 1278, the state of Chang was promoted from county to prefecture. It is divided into four townships, namely Fudu, ANQI, Jintang and Penglai. Jintang township has a total of 4 townships, 1 Li, 2 villages, 43 Ao. The township boundary includes the west of Zhoushan Island. Shiwubao, xiaosha'ao, Dasha'ao and Qingao are all under the jurisdiction of Jintang township. After the division of Fudu Township jurisdiction, Xiaosha was once renamed "Jinsha". In the second year of Hongwu (1369) of Ming Dynasty, the state was demoted to county. In June of the 20th year of Hongwu (1387), Changguo county was abolished. Because the brothers of Wang guozuo came to Beijing and Chen Changguo could not be moved, the county was divided into two li of Changguo, belonging to Dinghai county (now Zhenhai, Ningbo City). In 1688, Dinghai county was set up and four townships were restored. Fudu township was divided into 13 plans at the beginning. Yiyehe, Xiejia, xiaosha'ao, wubao'ao, baojia'ao, Dasha'ao, zhiao, Nan'ao, Xiaao, hujia'ao, Dongao, Xiao and Qingao were the tenth plan of Fudu township. Later, they were changed into 19 villages, and Xiaosha and Dasha were two of them. In 1908, four townships were removed and 10 electoral districts were set up, including Xiaosha, Dasha, Changbai, cending, Ziwei, Yancang and yiyehe. In 1910, the autonomous regions of towns and townships were divided into one city (Chengyong) and one town (Daishan) with 23 townships. Xiaosha, Dasha and Changbai were collectively called Sanyi, the eighth township. In 1919, the self-made District Table of towns and townships was reorganized. The county was divided into 10 districts, one city, one town and 26 townships. Sanyi, Renhe, Ziwei and cending were all in the fourth district. In 1934, the Baojia system was implemented, and the scale of villages and towns was reduced again. In the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945), there were seven districts, five towns and 49 townships in Dinghai county Yancang and yiyehe. In the 36th year of the Republic of China (1947), there were 7 districts, 4 towns and 36 townships, among which Xiaosha district had jurisdiction over 7 townships, namely Ziwei, ganshilan, Jingtao, cence, Dashi, Changsha and Lanxiu. In July 1949, Dinghai county was divided into Dinghai and Wengzhou counties. Xiaosha and Dashi were the two townships directly under Dinghai county. At the end of 1950, Dinghai county set up seven districts and 43 townships. Xiaosha was one of the seven districts, with jurisdiction over seven townships, namely Dashi, cence, Xiaosha, Changbai, ganshilan, Jingtao and Ziwei. In 1951, Dinghai county was divided into 9 districts, 4 towns and 73 townships, and Xiaosha district still governs 7 townships. In 1953, small townships were divided in combination with democratic reform and democratic construction in fishing areas, and the districts and townships were adjusted. In 1954, Dinghai county set up 8 districts, 80 townships and 236 administrative villages. Xiaosha District governed 16 townships and 26 administrative villages, including Qingao, Xiaosha, Lejia, Dasha, Yandun, Ziku, Xi'ao, Manan, Mabei, cenao, Lantian, Laotang, Cengang, zhangci, cenan and cebei. Maoshi township was under the jurisdiction of ganshilan district. In 1956, Zhoushan district set up four counties, namely Hai, Putuo, Daishan and Shengsi. In April, Dinghai implemented a two-level system of counties and townships, with three districts, one town, 23 townships and 236 administrative villages. Xiaosha District governed five townships, namely Cengang, Xiaosha (merged into Xiaosha after the abolition of Le hometown in March of that year), Dasha, Mamu and Zhuangzi. With the development of agricultural cooperative movement, small townships merged into big townships. In 1957, Dinghai restored the three-level system of counties, districts and townships, with one town, six districts and 35 townships. Xiaosha District governs 8 townships, namely Dasha, Xiaosha, Mamu, Cengang, Cezi, cenao, Yandun and Maoshi. In January 1958, Maozhi township was abolished and merged into Xiaosha township. Around October of the same year, Xiaosha and Changbai townships merged to establish Donghai people's Commune and its management committee, under the jurisdiction of Zhoushan county. In November of the same year, it was renamed Xiaosha commune. In 1959, Zhoushan county set up 28 people's communes, including Xiaosha people's Commune and Dasha people's commune. At the end of 1961, Xiaosha was a district of Zhoushan County, with jurisdiction over seven people's communes, namely, Cengang, Cezi, Xiaosha, Changbai, Dasha, Yandun and Mamu. In 1962, Zhoushan district was restored and Xiaosha district was removed. Seven communes under its jurisdiction were directly under the jurisdiction of Dinghai county. In May 1966, after the beginning of the cultural revolution, the political organizations were forced to stop their activities. In March 1968, Xiaosha established a commune reform committee. In August 1980, the commune management committee was restored. In 1983, the government and society were separated. In April 1984, both Xiaosha people's Commune and Dasha people's commune were restored to Xiaosha Township People's government and Dasha Township People's government. In March 1987, Dinghai county was removed and built into a district, which was renamed Xiaosha Township People's Government of Dinghai District, Zhoushan City. In July 2001, the administrative region of Dinghai District was reorganized, and the former Xiaosha town and the former Dasha town were merged to form a new Xiaosha town. In 2005, there were six communities in Xiaosha Town, namely Guanghua, Miaoqiao, Binhai, Dasha, Qingao and Zenghui. in October 2013, Changbai Township and Xiaosha town were abolished and Xiaosha street was merged.
