Longxi Township

Longxi township is a township under the jurisdiction of Yueqing City, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the north by east of Yueqing City, with a total area of 41.8 square kilometers (2017) and a population of 5235 (2017). Tourism resources are very rich, including longliu, sanshuiya, Xianyan cave, xianzhangfeng, xiannvchi, toutian eighteen cave, shiziyan and other scenic spots, accounting for 40% of the total area of the township.

Regional overview

Among them, xianshengmen scenic spot is an important part of Yandang Mountain scenery. It integrates "spirit, wonder, seclusion, wild and beautiful" into one, and is known as "the first gate in the world". There are endless tourists all year round. Longxi is an important distribution center of Chlorophytum and Fengdou in China. Longxi people have been engaged in the production of Chlorophytum and Fengdou for more than 100 years, ranking first in terms of production number, purchase and sale volume, profit and benefit. In addition, the production of seedlings, flowers, medicinal materials and tea is very distinctive. Among them, honeysuckle produces and sells more than 41 tons a year, and baimaojian tea more than 8 tons.
