Chunjian Township
Chunjian township is located in the northwest of Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to Sanqiao office and Xinyi township of Fuyang town in the East, Daqing Office of Fuyang town in the south, Yongchang Town in the West and Lin'an County in the north. It is more than 10 kilometers away from the center of Fuyang county (nearly 50 kilometers away from the center of Hangzhou City), close to Hangzhou Qianlong Expressway and national highway 320. It is a new eco-tourism agricultural township with beautiful scenery. The township governs 11 administrative villages, 126 villager groups and 9279 people (in 2017).

Historical evolution
In Qing Dynasty, it was a part of Lingyuan Shizhuang and Lingfeng Shizhuang in Northwest China. During the period of the Republic of China, it was Taikang township at the beginning and Lingchuan Township later. When it was established in 1950, it was called Xiankang township. In 1951, Dayun township was separated from Daqing township. In March 1956, Xiankang and Dayun townships merged to form Chunjian Township, which got its name because it was built every spring. In October 1958, the commune was established. In January 1961, it was changed into Chunjian management area of Qingyun commune. In July 1961, the rural community was restored and the Chunjian commune was rebuilt. In 1984, it was renamed Chunjian township.

Chunjian Township mainly grows rice, and also produces bamboo, tea, fruit, edible bamboo shoots and other agricultural and sideline products. Underground mineral resources are rich, especially in Xiayu, Shangyu, niuxiaowu and Jianshan villages, with lead-zinc, pyrite, limestone and other mineral resources. In the 1950s, the provincial geological exploration and mining team drilled and explored, confirmed the existence of mineral deposits, and then stopped mining. After the reform and opening up, according to the national policy, mining is organized by collectives.
There are 88 industrial enterprises in the township, mainly in lead-zinc mining, chemical industry, casting, paper making, bamboo and wood processing. Farmers in Chunjian Township always regard tea planting and tea making as a major economic income, and every family has the habit of drinking tea. Although the area of Chunjian township is small, it has 148 hectares of tea, with an annual output of 3420 taels of Longjing and refined green tea in Zhejiang Province, creating an output value of 2.88 million yuan.
Since 1995, we have gradually reformed the conventional varieties, introduced new varieties such as Longjing 43 and wulongzao with high yield and quality, and began to plant greenhouse tea. Only Xiatang village with 116 households and 451 population has developed 53.33 hectares of all kinds of bamboo, and the annual per capita income of the villagers is 4237 yuan. In 1998, 20 hectares of high-quality tea "Longjing 43" and 4.67 hectares of greenhouse tea were newly developed in the village.
