Xinduo town

Xinduo Town, subordinate to Xinghua City, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the northeast of Xinghua City, adjacent to Dafeng in the East, Haigou River in the south, and Yancheng suburb across the river in the north. It has a total population of 24310 people (in 2017). It governs 13 administrative villages and a community, with an area of 49.08 square kilometers (in 2017), and cultivated land of 38300 mu. In 2011, the GDP of Xinduo town was 440.5 million yuan.

Famous people

Shi Naian (1296-1371), whose name is zi'an (Yi Shuo Ming ER), is a Han nationality native of baijuchang, Xinghua. Novelists in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty.
