During his four years as a driver in Qizhou, Zhao GUI did a lot of good things for the local people, making them live and work in peace and stability. Therefore, he has made good achievements in the government performance appraisal for four consecutive years, ranking among the top. Because of his achievements, Zhao was promoted to the central government. When he took office, people from far and near came to see him off, said goodbye to him with tears, and said: "Zhao Biejia has been in the government for several years.
