Ruoyu huaiyou, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is R ó uyu ǎ nhu á I ě R, which means Huairou far away, pacify the mainland. It comes from Jian Jie Lu Zhu Li Kou written by He Guangyuan in the later Shu Dynasty.
