In addition, beasts often went down to eat chickens and ducks, which made the people feel very uneasy. Therefore, Sakyamuni Buddha came to the world from the sky and used Buddhism to clean up the locusts and tame the beasts. The people in the town are very grateful to the Buddha. One of the poor people specially presented a bunch of flowers for the Buddha. When Sakyamuni saw that the flower sender was wearing ragged clothes and dirty, but holding a bunch of beautiful flowers, he couldn't help saying, "do you need my help in your family?" The flower donor said, "Buddha, I dare not cheat you. My family is very poor. Even this bunch of flowers is borrowed by me. However, this is my intention. So please accept it." Sakyamuni was so moved that all the poor people in the town got rid of poverty and lived happily ever after. in the story of Buddha Bensheng, it is recorded that a Brahman disciple named Shanhui, on his way to the lotus City, heard that the lamp Buddha would come to the lotus City, so Shanhui wanted to provide for the lamp Buddha with flowers, but the king had already collected all the flowers in the city for the lamp Buddha. When Shanhui was searching all over the city and couldn't find any flowers, she met a young maid by the well, holding a bottle with seven Youluo flowers in her hand. Shanhui sincerely begged her to sell the flowers to him to offer them to Buddha. Shanhui sincerely felt that the maid agreed to give him five, and asked Shanhui to help her take the other two flowers to offer them to Buddha, so as to accumulate her merits and virtues, and asked Shanhui to promise him not to get them Before the holy way, it is necessary to be married from generation to generation. Shanhui agreed to this condition in order to get flowers. after presenting the flowers to the burning lamp Buddha, the burning lamp Buddha also gave a record of benevolence and wisdom, telling him that he would become a Buddha after innumerable calamities, which is called Sakyamuni; and the maidservant who borrowed the flowers was the predecessor of his wife yasudra before he became a Buddha. Allusion 2
Once upon a time, there was a Bodhisattva who was born in BoMo kingdom. At that time, he was a layman, and his name was Confucian boy. The Confucian boy studied astronomy with his teacher and read many books. No matter what he heard or saw, he could understand everything immediately. His personality was true and filial, and the Chinese people highly praised him. one day, the teacher said to the Confucian boy, "you have all the skills to learn Taoism. Why don't you start to travel to other places to educate people?" the Confucian boy replied, "the disciple is poor, so there is nothing to repay the teacher and he doesn't dare to leave. But his mother is seriously ill and can't get medical treatment. She has to beg for medicine." The teacher said, "you are so filial." the Confucian boy stepped back and began to travel around the country. One day, he saw five hundred monks gathering in the lecture hall to prepare a high seat. As soon as the high seated person is promoted to the throne, people begin to ask questions. Those who are knowledgeable and do not fail in the examination will be given women and five hundred dollars. The scholar boy saw that they were all shallow in wisdom and could not even ask questions, so he said to the public, "I am also a practitioner. Can I join your discussion?" After the public agreed, the Confucian boy ascended to the high seat, and could answer the public's questions like a stream, and the way he said was far-reaching and extensive. Then, the public said with one voice: "you have a brilliant way, you can be our public teacher!" At this time, however, the Confucian boy was dismissed. The public said: "although you are a wise man, you are a stranger. I'm afraid you can't accept the women in our country. I'll give you all the money." The Confucianist replied: "the real person who practices depends on his virtue. What I practice is the way of no desire, which is to convey the spirit by the way of Tao, to teach the holy by virtue, to pass on the holy from generation to generation, and to last forever. Only in this way can I be the real successor. If you destroy the foundation of cultivation, there will be no successors in the future. " When the Confucian boy finished, he left, and all the 500 monks were ashamed. the woman who was originally regarded as a gift said: "that noble knowledge is the gentleman I have been looking for!" So the woman immediately lifted her clothes and walked around looking for the gentleman in her mind. All the way to BoMo, but already exhausted, foot sores, they rest on the roadside. At this time, the king of BoMo was touring the border. He met a woman who was resting and tired. He asked, "who are you? Why on the side of the road? " The woman reported the whole story to the king. After hearing this, the king liked and praised her interest. At the same time, he pitied her for being exiled. He wanted to recognize her as a dry daughter and take her back to the palace. The woman said, "we come from different surnames. How can I live and eat for nothing? If you can give me a job, I will go back with you The winning king said, "well, you can pick flowers to decorate me." The woman respectfully followed the king to the palace and collected precious flowers for the king every day. Later, when the Confucian returned to BoMo, he saw that the passers-by were either busy filling up the road or cleaning up the mess. In doubt, he asked the passers-by, "is there anything to celebrate in the country today?" The passers-by happily replied, "yes! In the future, the Tathagata of dingguang will civilize the public in our country, so the whole country will be happy. " When the Confucian boy heard this, he was happy and calm. He kept his heart clean and clear. Knowing that the Buddha was coming, he begged five flowers from the flower picking woman in front of the road. At this time, the whole country, from the king and queen to the ordinary people, were also arranged on both sides of the road, and the Confucian boy also got a small place to personally arrange for the arrival of Buddha. All of a sudden, there was a cry: "there is a stream in front of us, the current is fast, and the earth and stone are flowing nonstop!" The scholar boy said, "if I use the power of magic power, I can fill it up all at once. However, the public should know that the real support should be practiced and done in person, which is the most outstanding support." He decided not to use magic power, but to carry stones and soil to fill the stream. just when the masses were working together to fill the earth, the Buddha arrived, but some of the land in front of him had not been filled up yet! Seeing that the road was wet, the Confucian boy took off his deerskin coat and put it on the wetland, and sprinkled five flowers on the Buddha to support the Buddha. The gags floated in the air. The Buddha told him, "after ninety-one disaster, you should become a Buddha and be called Neng Ren Tathagata. The world you live in is upside down. Father and son hate each other. The king is not diligent and does not love the people. You have to help all living beings there, and it will be difficult for those who get the degree It's a calculation. " When the Confucian boy heard this, he was very happy and jumped into the void. Seven feet above the ground, he came down from the air again and spread the floor with his hair to let the Buddha pass by. after the Buddha passed by, he told the bhikkhs: "I have not stepped on this land, because it is the place of teaching. It is supreme. As long as the wise people know that they should build a treasure temple here, and the merits and virtues are the same as teaching." At this time, all the people in heaven agreed and said, "we will build a treasure temple here." At that time, there was an old man's son named Xianqian. He immediately put a piece of firewood on the ground and said, "I have built a treasure temple!" All the people in heaven said happily: "although he is the son of ordinary people, he has the wisdom of saints." So Xian Qian took out the treasure and built the temple on the spot. He said in reply, "what will it be like to inherit the Enlightenment of the Buddha and set up the temple here today?" The Buddha said mercifully, "when the Confucian boy becomes a Buddha, you will be taught." At this time, the Buddha told him, "the Confucian boy is my predecessor, while the flower girl is the present Kuyi. The elder son Xianqian is the non Luoyi in the seat." When Fei Luoyi heard this, he immediately saluted the Buddha's feet, and the Buddha wrote for him: "when you become a Buddha, you will be called kuaijian." the Buddha said that this sutra had been passed, and all the four disciples, heaven, man, dragon and ghost, were happy and saluted the Buddha.
