Li Zhonglin, male, Peking Opera martial arts student, stage name: xiaoguiyuan, whose father is the famous Peking Opera clown "xiaoguiyuan", and his representative works are "seven heroes and five righteousness" and "outwit Tiger Mountain".

Born in 1918
In 1927, he appeared on the stage with his father in Shanghai to sing Lao Sheng.
It was officially performed in Hangzhou in 1929.
In 1930, he took the lead in Shanghai New World Dajing class and performed "three cuts and one touch" of Tan school's Laosheng drama.
Since 1934, he has been performing in Tianjin, specializing in martial arts students because of his turnover.
After his father died in 1936, he performed in Shenyang, Harbin, Changchun, Dalian, Yantai and Tianjin. Lin Chong's night run, Huai Du Guan, Sha Si men and Zhou Yu's return to heaven were staged in succession, and their skills improved greatly.
In 1938, he returned to Shanghai and made a hit on the big stage with the play "purple bamboo forest". He took over Zhang Yipeng's role as monkey king in "journey to the west".
In 1943, he led the troupe to perform in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei and other places. Later, he performed in Suzhou, Shanghai, Nanchang and other cities. In addition to the original repertoire, "golden sword array" and "leopard" were added, which were well received by the audience.
After 1949, he joined the Shanghai People's Peking Opera Troupe as the main actor, and then merged into the Shanghai Peking Opera Theater.
In 1954, he took part in the East China Opera performance and won the first prize as Yan Qing in the Black Whirlwind Li Kui.
In 1956, he took part in the Chinese Peking Opera Troupe and performed in Bulgaria, Austria and other countries. He starred in "Sanchakou" and "naotiangong", which were welcomed by foreign audiences.
Since 1957, he has been playing the leading role of Bai Yutang in the series seven heroes and five righteousness created by Shanghai Peking opera academy for nearly six months.
In 1964, he took part in the National Modern Peking opera performance conference and played Yang Zirong in the play "outwit the mighty Tiger Mountain". In addition, he has starred in Li Kui and Yan Qing, Sun Moon darts, subduing demons, Feishui battle, Tongxin gate and March 3.
He died of illness in 1999 at the age of 81.
Historical evaluation
Li Zhonglin's wusheng opera inherits Zheng school and has the characteristics of Southern wusheng opera. He has a solid foundation and is diligent in exploration. In martial arts, he plays and sings with interest. He is accurate, crisp and handsome. There are also many innovations in the new play. He is also good at directing. He has participated in and directed Black Whirlwind Li Kui, Li Kui and Yanqing, tiger hunting, Flame Mountain, seven chivalrous men and five righteous men, outwitting tiger mountain, etc. He was an art consultant of Shanghai Peking Opera Theater.
