Wang Shuo (1010-1085) was an educator and Confucianist in Song Dynasty. Qingyuan County (now Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province) people.
Wang Zhi, together with Lou Yu, Du Chun, Yang Shi and Wang Zhi, taught in Miaoyin Academy. Later, he built Taoyuan Academy in xiwuling village of the county and taught in the township for as long as 30 years. In the first year of Xining of Song Dynasty (1068), the emperor Shenzong wrote the four characters "Taoyuan academy". After nine years (1076) Jinshi first, the death of Silver Green Guanglu. In the first year of Xining (1068), Shenzong's special favor was given to the minister and the governor of Mingzhou, who wrote the four characters of "Taoyuan academy" and later became the Jinshi in 1076.
