He Ying
He Ying, female, Han nationality, born in November 1967 in Zongyang, Anhui Province, holds a master's degree in management. She started work in July 1986 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1997.
At present, he is the Secretary of the Party group, the first Secretary of the Secretariat and the part-time vice chairman of Anhui women's Federation.

On November 21, 2018, the first executive committee meeting of the 13th Anhui women's Federation was held to elect the 13th chairman, vice chairman and standing committee member. He Ying was elected part-time vice chairman of Anhui women's Federation.
