Zeng Yueying (1708-1753), whose name is Zhitian, was born in Jiangxi, China. He was an official of the Qing Dynasty. He served in Taiwan for many years. In 1753, he served as the governor of Taiwan.
In 1746, Zeng Yueying was appointed as a supervisor of Tanshui and a county magistrate of Changhua. During his term of office, he built the first Academy in Changhua County. In addition to attaching importance to culture and education, he had made great achievements in Taiwan for many years, so he was promoted to the magistrate of Taiwan in 1753.
