Dai Fushun (1795-1857), who was born in Kunming, was named Yunfan after Meng. He is one of the five sons of Wuhua. His father died early, his family was poor, and he was raised by his uncle. In his early years, when he was studying in Wuhua academy, Liu Dashen, the head of the mountain, compiled his poems and the works of Li Yuyang and Dai Chun as a copy of Wuhua Wuzi's poems. In 1819, Lin Zexu was appointed as the examiners of Yunnan provincial examination. Dai was one of the examinees, and the latter two had the friendship between teachers and students. Daoguang nine years (AD 1829), the Jinshi, as the Minister of the Ministry of work, after the six principal promoted to five members of the wailang. In the 26th year of Daoguang (1846 AD), he was appointed as the censor of Daoguang in Guizhou. He has been an official in the capital for 18 years, clean and clean. there are two volumes of Kunming county annals in Yunnan annals of Tianqi in Ming Dynasty, but they have long been lost. In his later years, he decided to write a Kunming county annals with his own efforts. From then on, he devoted himself to the compilation of Kunming county annals. After five years of hard work, in the summer of the 21st year of Daoguang (AD 1841), Kunming county annals was finally completed, with a total of ten volumes. Far away from his hometown, he did his best to make it simple and comprehensive. After twenty-six years in the capital, he resolutely wrote a letter to beg for his return. After returning to Kunming, he settled in xiaomeiyuan lane. At the invitation of the local government, he took charge of Yucai college and spent the last six years of his life. In May 1857, he died of illness in Kunming at the age of 62.
