Research direction
Low dimensional systems exhibit novel physical properties due to surface / interface effects, quantum confinement effects, and quantum coherence effects. The main research contents include: the physical properties of graphene and other two-dimensional atomic crystals were studied by scanning tunneling microscope (STM) and electrical measurement.
