He Dexin, named Huiji, was born in Kaizhou (now Kaiyang County), Guizhou Province. Qing Qianlong six years (AD 1741) Ju Ren, ten years (AD 1745) Jinshi. He changed his position to be the governor of Liangzhou, the governor of Ganzhou and the governor of Yongzhou. He was a local official who worked hard and loved the people. At last, he took the heat to relieve the disaster and died in Yongzhou. He is the author of Yuntai Mountain poetry anthology and so on. His poetry is steady and deep, which is commensurate with him.
