Zhang Jin

Zhang Jin, born in xieliudian, Xiaogan Township, Linzi county (now Jingzhong Town, Linzi District), is a model worker in Shandong Province. He was elected as deputy to the first and second people's congresses of Shandong Province and member of Shandong Provincial People's Committee, member of Shandong Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference. He joined the "Jiusan Society" on November 6, 1956 and became a member of China Society of hydraulic engineering and China Society of engineering.

Life of the characters

Zhang Jin, also known as Hanshi, is a provincial model worker. Linzi County Xiaogan township (now Linzi District Jingzhong town) xieliudian people. He graduated from Nanjing river and sea engineering school in June 1921, and became a technician of China Water Conservancy Bureau in July. In August 1929, he served as the Engineering Department of taoang Railway Engineering Bureau. In December 1931, he served as section chief and chief engineer of Public Works section of Xiaoqinghe Engineering Bureau. In April 1938, he went to Sichuan. He first served as the leader of the first survey team of farmland and water conservancy in Sichuan Province, and then as the director of Longxi canal engineering department in Mianyang. In November 1940, he was transferred to Sichuan Water Conservancy Bureau as the chief of Public Works section. In April 1947, he served as the engineer of Shandong General hydrological station, and in September, he was transferred to the technical director of Sichuan Water Conservancy Bureau. In September 1948, he was appointed director of the technical office of the Water Conservancy Bureau of Shandong Provincial People's government. One year later, he was appointed deputy director of the Water Conservancy Bureau of Shandong Provincial People's government, as well as member and chief engineer of the muchengyi Engineering Committee. In April 1955, he served as deputy director of Water Resources Department of Shandong Province, chief engineer of yimuwensi water control project headquarters and President of Shandong Water Conservancy Survey and Design Institute. He was elected as deputy to the first and second people's congresses of Shandong Province and member of Shandong Provincial People's Committee, member of Shandong Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference.
