Zhang Yingchen (birth and death unknown), the word Xingzhi, Zaochuan, Qing Qiantang people. Yongzheng 11 years (1733) Jinshi. He served successively as the left servant of the military department, left moved to the imperial court, and left Deputy censor. He was appointed governor of Huguang University. During his term of office, he donated his salary to build Wenjin academy palace and lecture academy, and paid attention to teaching by words and deeds.
