Zhang Siqi, born in Chongqing in 1950, has a master's degree and a doctor's degree. Now professor of Wuhan University.
introduction
In June 1993, he was transferred to Wuhan University and served as the director of the teaching and research section of foreign literature. In September 1993, he went to Harvard University to study. At present, he is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Chinese Department of Wuhan University, a leader of comparative literature and world literature, a director of the center for comparative studies of Chinese and foreign literature of Wuhan University, a member of the professor committee of the school of Arts, a member of the title evaluation committee, and a deputy leader of the postdoctoral leading group. The main social part-time jobs include: Director of China Book of songs society, director of China Comparative Literature Society, director of Oriental Literature branch of China foreign literature society, and director of China Comparative Literature Teaching and Research Association. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of the history of foreign literature, the Comparative Poetics between China and the west, the book of songs and the songs of Chu, the historical theory of comparative literature, and the history of comparative criticism of modern world literary theory. He has published 12 personal monographs such as the comparison and symbiosis of Chinese and foreign literature. He has published more than 200 papers in foreign literature review and other journals. Two scientific research projects above provincial and ministerial level have been completed. I participated in the 13 volume chronicle of Chinese literature, which was nominated for the first China publishing government award. He was awarded the excellent lesson preparation note award of Wuhan University in 2000. He graduated from the Foreign Language Department of Chongqing Normal University in January 1982 with a bachelor's degree. In 1987, he graduated from the Department of foreign languages of Sichuan University with a master's degree (under the guidance of Mr. Zhu Wenzhen). He graduated from the Chinese Department of Fudan University in 1992 with a doctor's degree (under the guidance of Mr. Gu Yisheng). From 1976 to 1977, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Oriental Studies, Cambridge University, focusing on the literature and history of the Tang Dynasty. From 2003 to 2004, I visited the Department of East Asian Languages and civilizations at Harvard University, focusing on Chinese history and culture since the Song Dynasty. Retired in September 2010.
