Zhang Tinglan, the imperial censor of zuodu in Ming Dynasty, was listed in the official career of Lizhou annals because the people of Lizhou "spared the fish and salt policy".
Zhang Tinglan was the censor of zuodu in Ming Dynasty. Hongwu Yichou (1385) ding xianbang Jinshi, granted Dali Temple trial division detailed discussion, Li Sheng zuodou censor, said to be diligent, once participated in the trial of Guohuan case, one of the four major cases in the early Ming Dynasty. Because the people in Lizhou "spared the fish and salt policy", they were listed in the official records of Lizhou.
