Zhang Fuyuan, born in Peixian County, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province in 1958, graduated from Nanjing University of Finance and economics. He studied calligraphy under Professor Cai Rulong at school. He first studied Yan Liu and then followed Wei and Jin Dynasties. He was good at regular script and running script. He won awards in national calligraphy competition and entered the exhibition. Known as China's well-known artists, Sinology heritage Ambassador honorary title. He is now a researcher and academician of Chinese calligraphy, a director of Chinese painting and Calligraphy Academy, and a member of the Art Committee of Chinese Calligraphy Academy.

Zhang Fuyuan, born in 1958, was fond of calligraphy since childhood. He started with hard writing first, and then studied Han Li. In 1979, he was admitted to Nanjing University of Finance and economics. During his schooling, he learned from Professor Cai Rulong, first from Yan and Liu's family, then from Chu and Zhao's family, and then pursued the second king. He gained the advantages of many families and formed his own unique style. He has participated in Jiangsu Youth Calligraphy Exhibition and national calligraphy competition and won prizes. He participated in the national "Lixiang Shuicheng Cup" calligraphy competition and won prizes in the exhibition of harmonious China and cross strait calligrapher exchange activities held by the Ministry of culture. He participated in and collected in the China Military Museum, and was specially reported by the Yangtze Evening News. He has been engaged in the inscription career for nearly ten years, and wrote a large number of inscriptions to engrave stones. Most of the stone inscriptions in the county and surrounding areas are under his command. He is now a member of Jiangsu young calligrapher association and Xuzhou Calligrapher Association. he has successively served as the general manager and Secretary of the material supply company of Peixian Material Bureau, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
