Liao tengfu, whose name is Zhan 5, is a native of Jiangle County, Sanming City, Fujian Province. In 1669, he successively held the posts of magistrate, Fu Yin, Shao Qing of Taichang temple, Zheng Qing of Guanglu temple, Zuo Zuo Tong Zheng Shi Si, Tong Zheng Shi Shi Ding, Du Cha yuan's right deputy Du Yu Shi, Hu Bu Shi Lang, etc. Liao Teng Fu once presided over the "classic examination" twice, and "all the well-known people he selected were lonely and cold". He selected a lot of knowledgeable talents, which were highly praised by the public opinion of the government and the public. He once served as Yin of fengtianfu. In the Qing Dynasty, this official position was always held by soldiers, and the selection of civilian officials was started by Liao tengfu. In 1711, Emperor Kangxi moved to be the right deputy censor of duzha yuan. Emperor Kangxi knew that he could be appointed by the public and sent him to Fujian to investigate and handle the case of "greedy and cool" in Fujian Province. "Governing Fujian prison by Fujian people" was unprecedented in the Qing Dynasty, and Liao Teng Fu set a precedent this time. After returning to Beijing, he served as the Minister of the Ministry of household affairs and was ordered to offer sacrifices and rewards to the army in Shandong Province. Liao Teng died in Qinghu, Zhejiang Province, at the age of 76. He was a good poet in his life and recited many poems wherever he went. His stele of poetry is still preserved in the shelter Pavilion of Penglai Pavilion in Shandong Province. His works have been handed down from generation to generation, such as yuyunlou manuscript, Haiyang chronicle, three major cases, shoushihong chapter and shenxiutang poetry collection.
