Bo Daoyou, an eminent monk of Liu Song Dynasty. The year of birth and death is unknown. Liu Song was alive when he was Emperor Xiaowu. His family name is Feng. He was born in Shanyin (now Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province). He learned little about Confucianism and was famous for his bamboo slips. Later, he became a monk in RUOYE mountain.

According to Tao, he was born in Lushan, and then in Linchuan. He continued to live in Wuzhou Mountain Buddhist temple in Xinchang, Zhejiang Province, and was as famous as the famous monk Daoyi.
