Tu Yingxun (1502-1546) was named Jianshan with the word Wensheng. Zhejiang Pinghu people. Jiajing five years (1526) Jinshi, the primary election for the Shu Ji Shi, after giving the Ministry of justice.
In the seventh year, Tu Yingxun was appointed to test Jiangxi Province. A cabinet minister asked his three sons. Tu Yingxun didn't say a word to his face. The minister thought he had agreed to the request. After Ying Xun came out, he said: "for more than one hundred and seventy years, only the Gongshi's law is just. If you do not do favoritism, why not use it (Jiao Hong's Yu Yu Tang Yu · Fang Zheng) when he arrived in Jiangxi, he corrected his writing impartially, but he had nothing to do with himself. When he returned to Beijing, his cabinet minister was furious: "master Tu is insulting you. Can't he defend you as far as I can?" Later, the minister was dismissed for committing a crime. They should be transferred to the Ministry of rites. During his tenure of office, he played in the imperial court successively on rites and music, Jianjiao temple and Xue Congsi, which was appreciated by Emperor Jiajing. Later, it was revised in the Imperial Academy. Soon, it was promoted to youchunfang. Youyude and Shidu were officials of the crown prince. They were responsible for guiding the education of the crown prince. Therefore, they were very cautious in selecting officials. Many officials entered the palace through improper ways, so they played a series of admonishments to Shizhong, Yushi and other officials, accusing the selected officials. Eighteen of them were named, and Ying Xun was also one of them. The latter 18 people were removed from their posts at the same time, but the emperor of Jiajing ordered to retain Yingxun. Some people advised Ying Xun: "only the son of heaven knows that you will be lucky if you play Fu Song at this time." Ying Xun sighed: "I'm kind, but I don't want to kill you. Although I've sacrificed my body and bones, I can't help myself. I want to take the opportunity to invite evil spirits?" Ying Xun was cautious as an official. He was accused for no reason, and he felt aggrieved. So he went to Shanghai to beg for help. After returning, he became ill. Ying Xun is good at literature and history. Although he is ill, he can't get rid of his books. His poems and essays are full of Qi. He has the style of Sima Xiangru and Yang Xiong. He has written 8 volumes of the collection of lanhuitang (recorded in the history of Ming Dynasty, art and Literature). Tu Yingxun had three sons: Tu Mengyuan, Tu Zhonglu and Tu Shufang.
