Linghu Luo (795-879), Zi Zhi, was originally from Beijing Zhaohua (now Yaoxian County, Shaanxi Province). Prime Minister of Tang Dynasty, son of Taiwei Linghu Chu.

Emperor Xizong of Tang Dynasty ascended to the throne and was appointed as Fengxiang Jiedushi and crown prince Taibao.

In the sixth year of Qianfu's reign, he died in the fiefdom at the age of 85. He gave it to situ.

Emperor Wuzong of Tang Dynasty was appointed as an emissary of Huzhou (now Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province). Linghu was in power in the late Tang Dynasty, and the regime lacked vitality. It's not surprising that he doesn't have a good track record. Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty was the last strong emperor in the late Tang Dynasty, and linghulong handled their cooperative relationship with great care. It is said in the old book of Tang that he is timid and slow. This may be one of the reasons why he has been in phase for 10 years.

Linghu Chu, Linghu's father, once served as prime minister in Yuanhe period of Tang Xianzong. According to the records in Zizhi Tongjian, to some extent, Xuanzong was moved by Linghu Chu's loyalty to Xianzong. Linghu, the son of Linghu, is known as "prime minister in white". Linghu Luo also had several sons: Linghu Cheng, Linghu Zhuan and Linghu Huan.
