Tang Zan Gung, the word Weizhi, Shanhua people. He was an official of the Qing Dynasty.
In 1891 (the 17th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu), he was appointed as an inspector to patrol Taiwan. He was a local official who was restricted by the governor of Taiwan and the governor of Taiwan during the Qing Dynasty. Later, he also served as the governor of Southern Taiwan. In March of the lunar calendar in 1895, because of the Japanese army's attack on Penghu, he was ordered to be dismissed for the reason that "it's really evasive to ask for a vacancy when military affairs are tight.".
