Zhou Boqi, male, Han nationality, was born in August 1949 in Cangzhou, Hebei Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1982. He began to work in March 1969. Graduate (major in capitalism and socialist economy, Beijing Institute of Economics), master of economics.

At present, he is Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Party committee and Secretary of the Party group of the Counselor's office of the Beijing Municipal Government (Beijing Municipal Museum of culture and History).
