Wu Yicheng was born in the Qing Dynasty. He once traveled to Fujian in the South and the capital in the north. He served as a river worker in Zhili and made up the main book of Jiaohe.
In 1729, he moved to dachengcheng. Dacheng is known as an important place for river defense. Because of his proficiency in river affairs, he was deeply trusted by the government. Acting Anton County seal, also promoted Jinghai County Magistrate, fill the new river county magistrate. He died in 1949. He is the author of bamboo heart poetry and grass.
