Shijian (1434-1496), the word Ming ancient, No. Xicun, other department Xicun Yishi. Nanzhili is a native of Wu county (now Jiangsu Province) in Suzhou. He was born in the ninth year of Xuande, Xuanzong of Ming Dynasty, and died in the ninth year of Hongzhi, Xiaozong, at the age of 63. He was a scholar of Ming Dynasty. He read all books, especially history. He is good at reading and collecting. His family has a lot of ancient books. He can read and study all the books he has. He is especially familiar with history, geography, travel notes, and also pays attention to the study of statecraft. His life was less than fame and wealth, and he was introduced to the court by his friends. He declined many times and remained in seclusion. Wang Shu, the governor, heard his name and visited him several times to consult him on current political issues. He stated several problems in the world, all of which were able to meet the needs of the times. Wang Shu was deeply impressed by his erudition and brilliance.
