Buningyi, born in Rizhao, is the third in the Chinese character. He lived in the county at the beginning of the Qing Dynasty and later moved to Gaolu. His main work is Xunle Zhai poetry collection.

In 1739 (the fourth year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong), he was a Jinshi in the imperial examination and was appointed the head of the Ministry of rites. Later, he took up the post of Sichuan salt road. He reformed the salt law, implemented the exemption of collapsing wells and increased taxes on new wells, and was praised by the imperial court. When he was promoted to Sichuan Provincial envoy, he raised funds to build Gongyuan and zhange, and built cities such as mianchuan. Later, he was transferred back to Beijing to teach in Jintai academy and trained a large number of well-known students. He was a clean and honest official. He was 70 years old and returned home. Apart from clothes and bedding, he had only a few boxes of books.
