Liang Heming, also known as Ti Cheng. He is from bailongchi village, Sanshui, Guangdong Province.
Life of the characters
Liang Heming, the first year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1573), was a Juren. In 1579, he took part in the Zhejiang provincial examination, and later served as the magistrate of Yangshuo, Guangxi. During his term of office, he re measured the acreage of land to make the tax reasonable; changed the old method of paying taxes with money to paying taxes directly with grain, which not only saved the trouble of farmers, but also avoided the middle exploitation of businessmen; applied for the boss to exempt the extra duties assigned every year, reducing the burden of the people. Heming is a provincial criminal lawsuit. He sympathizes with the difficulties of the people and is praised by the people. Later he was promoted to magistrate of Xunzhou. The place is remote and the people are poor. First of all, he avoids the burden and trouble of sending people to search for criminals; forbids the vulgar custom of being willing to be beaten to pay off debts; severely punishes the villains who take advantage of the opportunity to blackmail in tax collection; and vindicates the civilians who are wrongly convicted by tax officials. Because of the long-term feud and mutual hatred among the ethnic minorities within his jurisdiction, the social order was in chaos. He used both the pacification and the pacification, and used both the kindness and the authority to eliminate the contradictions between them, so that the people could live and work in peace and contentment. Therefore, when he went back to his hometown, thousands of people gathered in front of the Yamen to stop the carriage from leaving, and the boss tried his best to keep it. However, he decided to return to his hometown and wrote five letters in succession. Finally, he resigned in 1601. Later, in order to miss him, the people of Xun Prefecture built a shrine on the side of Town God's Temple. After Liang returned to his hometown, he built a garden named Houyuan, which means "the joy of the world". He also strictly educated the children of the ethnic group, formulated regulations in the township, and established good social customs.

Liang Heming is the author of Liang's family rules and the collection of back paradise. After his death, he was buried at the side of the village. Now his tomb is still there.
