Danren Yun, male, born in April 1926, Han nationality, is a native of Jiangpu County (now Pukou District), Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. He graduated from Jiangpu County Middle School in 1946. He graduated from the Department of agricultural economics, College of agriculture, Jinling University in 1951. He is an associate researcher of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences and China Agricultural Heritage Research Office of Nanjing Agricultural University. At present, he is a librarian of Jiangsu literature and History Research Institute. He is a part-time professor of "National College Students' cultural quality education base" of South agricultural university.

Social position

He is a member of Chinese agricultural history society, Chinese poetry society, Chinese couplet society, Jiangsu Calligrapher Association, Lin Sanzhi Research Association, Jiangpu County Culture and History Committee and consultant of Jiangcheng poetry society.

Artistic achievements

Since childhood, I have studied ancient Chinese prose and calligraphy from my grandfather. At the age of 13, he studied painting and poetry from Lin Sanzhi in Wujiang. In June 1997, Zhonghua Book Company published its 999 poems anthology yishaoyin, which was held in Jiangpu County. Since childhood, every painting must be inscribed with a poem. It is a traditional literati painting with elegant style and new ideas. It is thought by scholars that poetry and calligraphy are rare in recent years. He is also good at printing, writing prose, new poetry and creative talks. He is good at embedding famous couplets and is quick in thinking. He has won awards in poetry and calligraphy. In 1992, the five character ancient poem Huangshan Xing won the 29th place among 21000 people and 100000 poems at home and abroad. In 1995, the seven character ancient poem heirong Ge won the first place in the first Chinese poetry seminar. A pair of couplets also won the first place in the "coming today Yuxuan Cup" competition of Chinese couplet Association. In July 2000, he won double prizes for his landscape painting Zhangjiajie (with seven ancient long songs) and Lishu banner Liu qiaozuo, and won the title of World Chinese artist in 2000. There are abundant paintings, but few exhibitions have been published, and many of them have been given away to relatives and friends in the countryside and overseas, all reaching the level of publishing. His poems are profound, sincere, mellow and patriotic. They are all called "masterpieces that can be handed down from generation to generation".
