Ma Jue, translated into Tibetan as "red meat plasma", is a kind of food in Ganzi Tibetan area of Sichuan Province.
Cut the fresh beef into small pieces, pour it into the fresh blood, add proper amount of Zanba and spices, mix and serve. It can dispel cold and poison. Cold when eating this food, drink a bowl of hot and sour soup, can be cured.
