Liu Chang
Liu Chang is currently the distinguished professor of Luojia scholar of Wuhan University, director of research center of nano science and technology, and vice president of School of physical science and Technology (in charge of scientific research). He has published 60 scientific research papers (41 included in SCI and 40 included in EI).
He has visited the United States, France, the Netherlands, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and many other countries for exchanges or academic conferences.
He will give lectures on "ion beam solid interaction" for postdoctoral researchers, doctoral students, master students and undergraduate thesis. At present, there are about 5 postdoctoral students and visiting scholars in the fields of microelectronics and solid state electronics, physics or materials science every year.

He was the judge of National Natural Science Award, top talent, evaluation and acceptance expert of Ministry of industry and information technology electronic industry development fund, 973, etc. he was the chairman of IEEE International Symposium on Photonics and Optoelectronics (Sopo) International Conference (2010-2012), and the Chinese chairman of information functional film materials Conference (2010-2011) jointly funded by China South Korea bilateral Foundation Committee, He is the Chinese President of the conference on low dimensional electronic and photonic materials and devices (2012-2013) jointly funded by the China ROK bilateral Foundation Committee. He is currently the current applied physics journal topical editor (semiconductor device physics), the lead guest editor of nanoscale Research Letters and the reviewer of papers in several international academic journals.

3. Ion beam material modification.
4. Ion implantation and ion beam analysis.
