Liu Dong

Liu Dong, male, born in September 1963, Han nationality, from Pinggu, Beijing, has no party affiliation. He started work in August 1984, graduated from Lanzhou University, majoring in Chinese language and literature, and is a national first-class screenwriter.

He is now the president of Beijing Opera Theater.

He is a member of the "100 people project" of Beijing literature and art. He graduated from the Chinese Department of Lanzhou University in 1984. In the same year, he went to China Pingju theater to engage in script creation. In November 2001, he served as assistant to the president and director of the film and Television Department of China Pingju Academy. In July 2002, he was appointed Vice President of China Pingju theater. In November 2006, he was transferred to Beijing Peking Opera Theater as vice president of business. in December 2012, he was transferred to Beijing Opera Art Vocational College as president. in April 2019, he was transferred to Beijing Peking Opera Theater as president.
