Duan Chengji, the character of Chengzhi, is called juxuan. Duan Keji. Jishan people (now Shanxi). Zhao Bingwen became "Er Miao" because he was good at writing with his brother. Jin Zhengda was a scholar in the middle of his reign. After Jin died, he and his brother took refuge in Longmen Mountain. Emperor Shizu of the Yuan Dynasty called him to promote Confucianism in Pingyang Prefecture. He refused to go to his post and studied behind closed doors. The poems written by Duan Keji and his elder brother are published as Er Miao Ji, with the volume of Ju Xuan Yue Fu.

Profile

He has no intention of official career, but indulges himself in drinking all day. He became the master of Yiyang. After the death of Jin, Cheng Ji and his brother fled to Longmen Mountain. After his death, he moved to Beiguo of Jinning from Longmen Mountain and studied behind closed doors for nearly 40 years. Kublai Khan, the emperor of the Yuan Dynasty, issued an imperial edict for the promotion of Confucianism in Pingyang Prefecture. He died in the 16th year of Zhiyuan, 81 years old.

Sun Duanfu (the Minister of the Ministry of official affairs of the Yuan Dynasty) combined his two poems into ER Miao Ji, and Wu Cheng wrote a preface: "Mr. Er Duan of Hedong has a broad mind and a strong sense of knowledge, and his poems cover both Tao and Du.". Cheng Ji has another volume. In the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), Wang Yuchang, a native of the county, proofread and printed several volumes of Er Miao Ji in Shanxi book company. According to Zha, er Miao Ji, which is kept by the County Archives Bureau, contains eight volumes of Er Miao's poems, one volume of Yi Wen and one volume of annals.
