Wang Zhizhong
Wang Zhizhong (1909-1993), vice chairman of the fourth and fifth municipal CPPCC (term: September 1964 to April 1983).
Lu Jinhuan, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in Dongyang, Zhejiang Province. In September 1928, he joined the Communist Youth League of China and served as secretary of Tongxiang special branch of the Communist Youth League and underground traffic officer of the Communist Party of China. He was arrested in April 1929 and held in Kuomintang prisons in Hangzhou and other places. In April 1930, he joined the Communist Party of China in prison and served as a member of the underground special branch of the prison. After the Xi'an Incident, he was rescued from prison by the party and went to Yan'an Central Party school to study. Since 1938, he has successively served as the director of the workers' Department of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, Secretary of the CPC Yichang Central County Committee, director of the workers' Department of the CPC Chuandong Provincial Committee, Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee, and Secretary of the CPC Chuankang special committee. After the liberation of Shanghai, he successively served as the deputy director of the Organization Department of the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Secretary of the CPC Shanghai Xuhui, Changning, Huangpu and Luwan District Committee,
Deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee. He is also the Secretary General of the second and third sessions of the CPPCC municipal committee and the deputy director of the learning committee of the second and fifth sessions.
