Liang hancao
Liang hancao (1898-1975), born in Gaoyao County, Guangdong Province, was a politician in the period of the Republic of China. He graduated from Guangdong Normal University in his early years. Since 1927, he has served successively as Secretary General of the Central Party Department of the Chinese Kuomintang, director general of the counselor Department of the Ministry of railways, and executive director of the Youth League Department of the Central Committee of the three people's principles Youth League.
During the Anti Japanese War, Liang hancao successively served as the director of the Political Department of Chiang Kai Shek's Guilin camp, Vice Minister of the General Political Department of the Military Commission, Deputy Secretary General of the Supreme Committee of national defense, and chairman of the theoretical Committee of the three people's principles of the Chinese Kuomintang. In 1947, he was elected to the National Congress and legislator. He went to Taiwan in 1949 and died in 1975.

Liang hancao was smart and studious since he was a child, and he was known as "highly talented". He can read from his father at the age of four and write Spring Festival couplets and signboards for others at the age of six. At the age of 12, he was admitted to zhaoqingfu middle school for four years and ranked first in each test. After his father died at the age of 16, he went to Jiangmen Mingde primary school as a teacher. in 1916, he joined the Chinese revolutionary party and took part in the discussion of yuan. in the seventh year of the Republic of China, he entered Guangdong Normal University and Shanghai Hujiang University. After graduation, he served as a teacher of Guangzhou Peizheng middle school and joined the Kuomintang. The next year, he was elected director of Guangzhou Dongshan District Committee and Youth Department of the Kuomintang. In June of the 14th year of the Republic of China, he worked as a propagandist in the Secretariat of the national government. He served as a lecturer of the three principles of the people in the Training Institute, National University, special school of political science and law, and police college. In 1927, he served as Secretary General of the Central Party Department of the Chinese Kuomintang and participated in the massacre of Communists and progressives. In the winter of the 20th year of the Republic of China, he was elected executive member and propaganda member of the fourth Central Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. He was appointed director of the Ministry of Railways and served as legislative and secretary-general of the national government in 22. He also served as executive member of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang, standing member of the Central Committee, and executive director of the Youth League Headquarters of the three people's principles Youth League. In the 25th year of the Republic of China, he was also a member of the political conference of the Central Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. In 1947, he was elected "National Congress Representative" and "legislator". In 1949, he went to Hong Kong from Guangzhou, and then to Taiwan, where he devoted himself to the theoretical work of Party oriented culture and publicity. He successively served as the chairman of Taiwan's China Daily, chairman of China Broadcasting Corporation, member of the Central Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, and chairman of the Sino US cultural and Economic Association. He retired in 1972. In 1975, he applied for the position of "national policy adviser" of the Taiwan authorities' leadership and staff organization. He has been teaching in New Asia academy, Institute of revolutionary practice and Soochow University, and engaged in the study of the three people's principles. He died in Taipei on February 26, 1975. Liang hancao, Yu hanmou's primary school classmate, also moved to Beitou to get along with his neighbors, two Zhaoqing villagers, day and night. In 1975, Liang died of a sudden heart attack, which made Yu hanmou dejected.
