Wang Xiande was born in August 1939, Manchu. With the tenet of "teaching and educating people" and the responsibility of "hardworking gardener", we have been struggling in the front line of teaching for more than 30 years. He has successively worked in Mengmin middle school, Huangtuliangzi middle school and Xiaosigou middle school in Pingquan County for junior and senior high school mathematics courses. Because of his outstanding teaching achievements and outstanding work of the head teacher, he has been praised and rewarded by the city and county for many times.

In 1981, he was the teaching director of wayudian middle school. In 1984, he was the principal of the school. In the same year, he joined the Communist Party of China and devoted himself to the construction of spiritual civilization and the improvement of teaching quality. He set an example and managed the school strictly. He was respected by teachers and students and praised by the society. In 1987, he was awarded the "outstanding gardener Award" by Hebei provincial government. In 1992, he was transferred to the teaching and Research Office of Pingquan County Education Committee. Although he was over 50 years old, he insisted on going deep into the grassroots to help and guide young teachers and spared no effort to contribute to the county's middle school and college entrance examination.
