Yuan Deming

Yuan Deming (1156 ~ 1203), the word Deming, Taiyuan Xiurong (now Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province) people. The Minister of Jin Dynasty, the father of Yuan Haowen.

He took part in the imperial examination many times, but didn't get involved in it; he indulged in the scenery, drank and wrote poems to suit himself.

In the third year of Taihe, he died at the age of 48. He is the author of three volumes of dongyanji, which is popular in the world.

Yuan Deming is the father of Yuan Haowen. Before the age of eight, Yuan Deming lived in Shahe post (now Shahe Town), Fanshi County, Shanxi Province, because of his nostalgia for the scenery along the banks of Hutuo River. He has three volumes of Donglei collection, and the biography of Jin Shi Ben is popular in the world.
