Wang Zhongfu, female, was born in July 1935 in Beijing. In 1959, he graduated from the Department of water supply and drainage engineering of the Civil Engineering Department of Tsinghua University. After graduation, he taught in the Department of civil engineering of Guangxi University until May 1972, and later transferred back to the Nuclear Energy Research Institute of Tsinghua University to study reactor water supply. Since 1984, he has been engaged in teaching, scientific research and engineering design. He once served as the first executive director of the building water supply and drainage Education Committee, the second member and professor of the national building water supply and drainage Committee.
