Pan Yue
Pan Yue, male, Han nationality, was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in April 1960. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1987 and started work in December 1976. He has a postgraduate degree and a doctor of history.
At present, he is Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, director of the overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, and first vice president of the Central Institute of socialism.
