Li Zhong (1772-1853), a native of Daxing (now Beijing), was born in Yinxian county (now Ningbo, Zhejiang). Jiaqing 25 years (1820) Jinshi, official Hunan Lingxian, Taoyuan County Magistrate. Gongshu is good at painting mountains and rivers. There are poems in the mountain thatched cottage. He died 82 years ago.

Located in the south of Yan Emperor's mausoleum, facing Yunqiu mountain, overlooking Yang Qianzhou. In 1827, Shen Daokuan, the magistrate of Lingxian County, was the magistrate of Lingxian County for five years. Shen Daokuan wrote the three words of "chanting Fengtai" and set up a stone tablet. In the 17th year of Daoguang, Yu Changhui, the county magistrate, was rebuilt and later destroyed. It was rebuilt in 1986.
